Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to Emrj Consulting Inc .
“Services” means growth strategy, marketing execution, advertising management, design, analytics, and related services provided by Emrj Tech Inc., including services delivered in partnership with Axentus Growth.
“Client”, “You” means any person or entity that purchases or uses the Services.
“Programs” means cohort‑based or mentored programs delivered with Axentus Growth (e.g., Growth Mastery).
“Retainer” means ongoing Growth Team services under a monthly agreement.
General policy
Due to the service‑based nature of our work, media spend paid to third parties (e.g., Google, Meta, LinkedIn), software subscriptions, and pass‑through costs are non‑refundable. Refunds, where applicable, apply to our professional fees only.
Program refunds (Growth Mastery)
- 30‑Day No‑Risk: Try the program. If you don’t find it useful within the first 30 days, email billing@emrj.tech and we’ll issue a full refund of program fees.
- We Launch Together: If you do the work with us and do not finish with a live growth system (simple plan, one working funnel/campaign, and a basic tracking dashboard), you may choose either a 100% refund or have us keep working with you at no extra fee for up to 4 additional weeks.
- Your part: Attend the live sessions (at least 8 of 10), complete at least 80% of assignments, set aside 4–6 hours/week, and maintain the basic growth budget agreed at kickoff.

Retainer refunds (Growth Team)
- 90‑Day Satisfaction: If you are not happy with our work quality or commitment in the first 90 days, email billing@emrj.tech and we will refund 100% of your retainer paid during that period.
- 12‑Month Performance: If we do not help you grow revenue by 20% within 12 months, we continue working at no extra fee until we do. (This is not a refund; it’s a performance commitment.)
- Measurement: Results are measured net of returns and discounts against your prior 12‑month average.
How to request a refund
Email billing@emrj.tech with your company name, the email used for purchase, date of payment, and a brief note. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Exceptions
- No refunds on completed one‑time projects after deliverables are approved.
- No refunds on third‑party costs (media, tools, contractors).
- Abuse of policy (chargebacks without contacting us) may result in account termination.
